My item is faulty?
We take pride in the quality of our goods. All items are thoroughly checked before being packaged and mailed to you. On the very rare occasion that your item is faulty please contact us via email hello@chalkedthreads.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide a replacement if available, store credit or full refund. All claims are subject to our discretion.
I changed my mind / ordered the wrong size?
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We are happy to exchange sizes provided we have one available in stock. Alternatively store credit will be issued. All returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags attached and be unworn and unused. For exchange enquiries please email hello@chalkedthreads.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
